关于同位语和独立主格的问题~~

The loan company announced it would soon lend money to borrowers with proven records of their not paying back their loans on time, collectively known as the subprime lending market.

A. of their not paying back their loans on time,

B. of not paying back their loans on time, a group
C. of not paying back their loans on time, with such a group

D. that they do not pay back their loans on time,

E. that they do not pay back their loans on time, such a group
答案是B，但我想请问下B选项后面的a group know as the subprime lending market是作的同位语还是独立主格啊？因为白勇语法里面说的n+过去分词是做独立主格!但我总觉得这里是做的同位语，解释说明前面的borrowers~请NN解答一下~

应该是同位语
a group 是borrowers （with proven records）（ of not paying back their loans on time）的同位语
known as the subprime lending market是作为过去分词修饰 a group

E是从句，从句表示一次性动作，分词表示重复性的动作。
从题目判断，不按时还款是属于重复性动作的。

个人观点：独立主格更多表示伴随，同位结构则更多是表示解释~
